This production line is the automatic french fries machine, it's processing technology are: Potato Cleaning and Peeling--Cutting--Blanching--Dehydration--French Fries Frying--Deoiling--Air Drying--Seasoning--Packaging. This production line meets small production, such as 70 kilograms hourly, 100 kilograms hourly, and so on, in addition to this small scale one, we aslo have fully automatic french fries production line equipment, the production is large. Customers can choose according to different requirements.
French Fries Production Process by small scale french fries production line:
1. Washing amd Peeling: Use potato cleaning and peeling machine to clean and peel the potatoes skin.
2. Cutting: peeled potatoes by high-speed french fries machine cut potatoes into french fries.
3. Bleaching: french fries into the bleaching machine, to passivation the oxidase in the fries, to prevent color deterioration, speed up dehydration.
4. Dewatering: After the blanching of the french fries into the dewatering machine to remove excess water.
5. Frying: After going to the water of the fries, from the lifting conveyor sent to the frying machine for frying treatment.
6. Air drying lift: fried French fries, through the air-drying hoist for leachate treatment.
7. Seasoning: seasoning machine with inclination seasoning drum, fully automatic control speed and material capacity, equipped with automatic powder feeding device, can adjust the size of the amount of powder, the French fries and seasoning powder fully mixed.
